Bomber
The Bomber is a specialist strike vessel built to destroy planetary structures directly, without the slower attrition of a standard siege. Rather than fighting the defending fleet, Bombers fly past it each combat round and deal flat damage straight to the target planet’s buildings.
Bombers carry no meaningful weapons against ships and cannot defend themselves in a straight fight — they need an escort fleet to clear the way. Used correctly, a Bomber wing can level a defender’s economy in a single successful raid even if the raid never captures the planet itself.

Visual Aesthetic
Low, wide-bodied hull with a single oversized ventral weapons bay dominating the underside silhouette — everything about the design points downward, toward the planet, not outward toward other ships. Terran Bombers are utilitarian slab-sided haulers. Catari Bombers are narrow crystalline wedges that release their payload as a single directed resonance pulse. Xantha Bombers fly in tight synchronized pairs, chitin-plated and segmented. Zikoan Bombers are stripped-down and blunt, built for one job and nothing else.
